About the event
Seeds of Purpose – Planting Time is a hands-on workshop where youth put plants in the ground and bring the garden to life. Participants will learn proper planting techniques, spacing, watering, and care while working together to establish crops for the growing season. We will also finish setting up our beehives alongside a 3rd generation Master Beekeeper. Youth who participate will be eligible to receive fresh produce for their families throughout the growing season.
Breakfast will be provided.
There is no cost to attend.
This is open to middle and high school male youth.
