Our Mentoring Strategy
We believe that every male, regardless of age, has the capacity to lead, serve, and inspire, especially when nurtured in the right environment. Our mentoring model, Inward – Outward – Upward, takes a holistic approach to growth. It helps individuals uncover their strengths, discover a sense of purpose, and develop both life and vocational skills—empowering them to become who they were created to be. Our core programs and curriculum are designed for males ages 13 and up, with special day programs available for children at the farm.
Inward
The Inward journey builds self-awareness and personal growth through exploring identity, health, self-worth, and purpose—laying the foundation for lasting transformation.
Outward
The Outward journey turns growth into action through life skills, trades, service, and caring for community, land, and creation with intentional stewardship.
Upward
The Upward journey fosters direction and purpose, helping young men to explore identity, responsibility, and a understanding of self and the world.
