• Land and Resources: 20 acres of land in Morganton, North Carolina, for hands-on programs. Land distribution as follows: Garden and Farm (5 acres), Recreation and Classroom (1 acre), Trails (throughout 20 acres).
• Mentors and Instructors: Industry professionals, community leaders, and spiritual guides to facilitate learning and mentorship.

• Partnerships: Collaboration with local nonprofit organizations, businesses, and churches to provide resources, funding, community support, and program participant referrals.
• Materials and Equipment: Tools, supplies, classroom, greenhouse, and educational resources for skill-building in gardening, trades, and recreation equipment for outdoor activities.

Short Term (1-3 years)

150 (annually) young men gain practical skills in farming, trades, and outdoor activities.

100% of participants gain increased self-awareness and personal growth through mentorship and spiritual development.

100% of participants develop leadership abilities and an understanding of how to serve their community.
Long Term (3+ years)

50% of participants will have developed strong community ties and will be serving as leaders within their communities after 3 or more years of mentorship.

80% of participants will be thriving in education or their careers after receiving mentorship for 3 or more years.

A 75% reduction in food insecurity and poverty will be observed in the lives of participants who have been mentored for 3 or more years.
