Harvest Day at The Overflow

Today was a day full of hard work, learning, and a little friendly competition.

Our boys learned the principle of sowing and reaping and how that applies to daily life. Together they picked and weighed 28 pounds of fresh vegetables, which were then sent home to their families.

After the harvest, the boys put their focus, confidence, and teamwork to the test with a friendly inflatable axe throwing competition. There were plenty of laughs, encouragement, and just enough competition to keep things exciting.

At The Overflow, we’re not just growing vegetables. We’re growing young men of character who understand that hard work, perseverance, and serving others always produce a harvest.

“Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.” — Galatians 6:7

Thank you to everyone who supports this mission. Every seed planted, every lesson taught, and every young life invested in is making a lasting difference.

Thank you Soul Food Island  for the catering! Everyone enjoyed it!
