At The Overflow, we’re seeing great progress in launching our spring garden, and we’re excited to share an important milestone. The seedlings that started in our grow house have now been carefully moved into our temporary greenhouse, and soon, they’ll make their way to the garden where they’ll take root and thrive.
It’s inspiring to watch the plants grow, knowing that this is just the beginning of what will become a cornerstone of our hands-on learning opportunities and provision of organic produce for our community!
We’ve set up a small greenhouse as a temporary solution, but our vision is much larger. Plans for bigger hoop houses are already in the works. These upgrades will enhance the efficiency and scalability of our agricultural projects, enabling us to better serve the young men in our programs.

And here’s the big news: We’re gearing up to launch pilot programs this summer, with plans to expand throughout the fall and go full-scale by 2026!
Set in nature’s playground, these programs will offer plenty of opportunities for the young men in our mentoring program to learn practical, hands-on skills in farming, gardening, and more. This experience will be invaluable as they build confidence and grow into leaders in their communities.
As we continue to develop the infrastructure for our programs, we’re building something truly special—an environment that empowers young men to grow in skills, knowledge, and character. We’re so grateful for your support as we bring this vision to life and make a lasting impact for years to come.
Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we continue this incredible journey!
